China GT has officially announced its partners for the 2018 season at the Official Test press conference on 21 April.

New Season, New Development

China GT will feature 4 classes, with the latest addition being the Porsche GT3 Cup Trophy China, and a total prize fund of 8million RMB in the 2018 season. There are again six race weekends on the calendar, covering five cities. 

Strong Lineup

China GT is pleased to introduce the following teams: KINGS, JRM, D2, SF Racing, TSRT Tianshi Racing, R+ Racing, Xtreme Motorsports, China Equity AMR, Winning Team, K2C Motorsports, Team Lotus, TRC Team, First Team AAI. 

New Partners

China GT is also shoring up support from our partners: Michelin, AMG, ARCFOX, Audi Sport customer racing Asia, Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific, 8848 Ti Mobile, Moutai, Long-Sailing Clothing, Tencent, and PG Freight.

ARCFOX-7: The ARCFOX-7 is a high performing electric vehicle that will serve as the official pace car for the GT4 category. 

AMG: AMG will continue to act as Safety Car for the GT3 and GTC Classes. AMG is able to provide attractive support packages for customers including parts and engineer support, professional drivers for hire, training, and parts vouchers for top performing customers, among others. 

Michelin: Michelin will be the official tyre supplier for the 2018 season, providing China GT teams with its premium tyre solution the Michelin Pilot Sport series. 

Porsche GT3 Cup Trophy China: China GT will continue to work with Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific this year to host the Porsche GT3 Cup Trophy China, but with a much more dynamic and attractive offering. The Cup will be featured as an independent class with individual podium, classification, prize money and BoP.  

Audi Sport customer racing Asia: Audi Sport customer racing Asia will provide parts and technical support to customer teams in Asia.

Shell: Shell will establish strategic cooperation with Goldenport.
